Certified Nursing Assistants / CNA – Special Incentive

Our Community is seeking Certified Nurse Aides to work in our Skilled Nursing Department, which serves up to 72 residents. You will be responsible for the direct and personal care of our residents while delivering compassionate and friendly service. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in this setting and a passion for caring for older adults while successfully working in a team environment.

Work 4 days, get PAID FOR 5!

Job requirements:

  • Current state certification for Nursing Assistant
  • One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Basic knowledge of health care needs of geriatric resident care
  • Every other weekend & holiday

Full Time; 2nd Shift


Nurse Aide Trainees

Our Community is seeking qualified Nurse Aide Trainees who are interested in serving our mission of meeting the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of all members of the Peter Becker Community and are dedicated to our core values of service, integrity, simplicity, and love. Once admitted to the training class, all trainees are expected to attend every class for successful completion and eligibility to be certified at class end. Trainees will be paid for all training and class hours.

Class will begin on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 and will be help every Tuesday through Friday for five consecutive weeks. Class will be held from 7:00am – 2:30pm. Applications for the class will be accepted through Friday, November 23, 2018.

Trainee requirements:

  • Pennsylvania residency
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow regulatory guidelines for the department
  • Experience working with older adults a plus

Our Community is seeking Certified Nurse Aides to work in our Skilled Nursing Department, which serves up to 72 residents. You will be responsible for the direct and personal care of our residents while delivering compassionate and friendly service. Our Community is seeking RN/LPN Team Leaders to work in our Skilled Nursing Department, which serves up to 72 residents. You will oversee the administration of medications, direct the care provided by nurse aides, maintain patient charts, and provide medical treatments as ordered by physicians.  Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in this setting and a passion for caring for older adults while successfully working in a team environment.

Job requirements:

  • Current state RN or LPN license
  • Advanced knowledge of health care needs of geriatric resident care
  • Every other weekend & holiday

Part Time; All Shifts (e/o weekend)

Our Community is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Nursing Assistant with Medication Administration Certification. You will provide direct resident care and administer medications in our Personal Care Setting.

  • Current PA Medication Administration Certification
  • Basic knowledge of health care needs of geriatric resident care
  • Every other weekend & holiday

Our Community is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Nursing Assistant.  You will provide direct resident care in our Personal Care Setting.

Job requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic knowledge of health care needs of geriatric resident care preferred

Part Time; 7:30a-11:30a Shifts


Food Service Worker

Our Community is seeking individuals to work as part of our Dining Services Team.  Multiple roles are available in the front and back of the house to enhance our resident’s dining experience. Minimal to no experience is required, just a positive attitude and desire to work in a team setting.
