Share in the excitement, creativity and ingenuity of Peter Becker Community family at our Annual Flower Show. It’s opening day and guests should prepare to become garden time travelers through floral exhibits like no other. Show Hours: Thursday & Friday – 10am – 6pm / Saturday (Family Day) – 8am – 2pm.  Flowers. Fun. Shopping. Food and… …full scale colorful floral exhibits that celebrate a collection of timeless gardens as well as life’s precious moments. Trees, bulbs, and greenhouse grown flowers are being coaxed into bloom early for this event.  The Flower Show’s twin event called the Spring Marketplace runs at the same time and offer a unique shopping experience.

FREE PARKING: Campus and Parking Map

ABOUT THE EVENT: Show Hours: Thursday & Friday – 10am – 6pm / Saturday (Family Day) – 8am – 2pm.

FLOWER SHOW: With the theme of “It’s About Time” it promises to take you on a trip visiting the gardens of the past, present and future. Step into a children’s garden where seeds of learning and the roots of playfulness are being planted. A child built time machine promises passage to meet pirates and mystical creatures. In the next exhibit you will travel back to a victory garden where vegetables are being carefully grown and each object is being used and reused with new purpose. You will know history repeats itself as you approach a futuristic garden. Funny, but it shows new approaches being careful with our world and its resources.  A 1970’s bohemian garden is your next stop in time. A communal feast is about to begin inspiring our hearts and minds through nature’s beauty. The last stop of our floral time machine is a place of biblical origins: The Garden of Eden. At the center of it all, will be windows revealing the times that our gardens have provided us joy, solace and beauty.

Get ready for abundant ideas, amazing artistry and beautiful flowers.

MORE SHOPPING THIS YEAR: The Spring Marketplace is a shopper’s paradise! It will feature the wares of 25+ local crafters, culinary artisans, jewelry makers, growers and more. Talk, taste and shop as you celebrate the local creative community. It’s conveniently located just minutes from the main exhibit with free shuttle service too. There’s a lot to see and do, good food and places to relax with friends at both venues.
